I took my Kia Sorrento in to Feldman for some repairs. I needed several items looked at and reviewed for service. Randy, the service manager was always so helpful and willing to answer any question I had. The car was looked over and once the diagnosis was complete, he called me to let me know what needed to be taken care of. The best part was his honesty. He even told me what didn't need to be done. He could of really added things on but was honest and took care of me. When I picked up the car, he took the time to sit down with me and really explain what was done and cost of each item. I had a great experience, my car runs great after repairs, and I did not feel taken advantage of. Will definately return when service is needed.

I went looking for a car, I had the cars that I wanted in mind then a sales consultant came out and spoke with me. He showed me the cars that I wanted then he showed me a 2012 KIA Optima which wasn't the car that I had even thought about but I fell in love with it. I did my homework on the KIA Optima, I returned and went on a test drive and that was my car. Things happened that were out of our control so I couldn't get that particular car, so my sales consultant (Steven E.) and the sales manager (Bob S.) worked with me all day to make sure that they could get me in a vehicle that would work for me, so at the end of the day I drove out with a 2012 KIA Optima with all the bells and whistles except a navigation system.
