Under the hood, the Kia Forte offers an available turbocharged 1.6L inline 4-cylinder engine that provides up to 201 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. The Sentra can’t compete with these performance marks.

You can expect to spend plenty of time behind the wheel of your sedan, so it’s important that it offers ample space to stretch out and have a cozy ride. The 2023 Kia Forte and the 2023 Nissan Sentra boast roomy dimensions, each with an interior volume of 96 cubic feet.
With more than 38 inches of front headroom and more than 42 inches of front legroom in these models, every passenger will enjoy the ride. However, when it comes to your back-seat passengers, they may prefer the more expansive measurements of the Forte.
